All in all, this was a strong performance of the Broadway Company.  Craig Schulman as Valjean was fantastic.  This was the fourth time I had seen Craig.  And by this time, he had really made the role his own.  He added so many subtle nuances to his singing and acting.  It was great.  I really believed his interpretation of Valjean.  His acting was very natural and fluid.  And his voice was very multi-layered as well.  As Javert, understudy Tom Zemon was an exceptional actor with a very good voice.  As Fantine and Eponine, Susie McMonagle and Christeena Michelle Riggs were also very good again.  And Gary Mauer as Enjolras was terrific again.  This was the production where Ricky Martin played Marius.  I thought he was fair.  He looked the part physically.  But his voice was weak compared to the rest of the cast.  He just didn't sound right for musical theatre.
